The seller

The seller is شركة أحمد صالح الشراح وشركاه لصنع الصابون والمنظفات ومستحضرات التنظيف والتلميع والعطور ومستحضرات التجميل (ذ.م.م), commercial registration 548774. Full details are on the seller page.

Products

• Every Scent Code perfume is 50 ml Eau de Parfum. A product's name is its own Scent Code name.
• "Inspired by" describes the scent's character only. Scent Code is not affiliated with or endorsed by the houses named, and their names belong to their owners.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars, and the full final amount is shown before you pay, with no extra fee for paying electronically.
• You pay on a secure payment page run by Upayments or your bank; your card details never reach us.

Holding your perfumes

When you start an order we hold the quantities for 4 hours. If it is not paid in that time the order ends, the perfumes go back on sale, and you can order again.

Order and invoice

The order is placed when payment succeeds. Your Arabic invoice, with the order number and amount, opens from the order confirmation page.

Delivery

• We deliver inside Kuwait only. Delivery is free.
• We prepare and mature each perfume after you order, and it reaches you within 5 days of payment. If it is delayed for any reason, we tell you on WhatsApp.
• After payment we contact you on WhatsApp to arrange delivery.

Discount codes

A code applies under the conditions shown when you enter it, one code per order.

Notes on use

• If your skin is sensitive, or you are allergic to perfume or any of its ingredients, avoid using it or ask a doctor.
• Try a small amount on a small patch of skin before full use.
• If redness, itching or irritation appears, stop using it at once.
• Do not spray on the eyes, face, wounds or irritated skin.
• Keep out of reach of children and away from heat and open flame.
• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Avoid spraying directly on delicate fabrics, to prevent stains.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait and do not reduce your rights as a consumer under them.
